What we do

RateZa gives local businesses a simple rating page and QR code. Customers tap a star to rate their visit. Customers who had a great experience are sent to the business's Google review box. Customers who had a poor experience can tell the business privately what to fix, and can still leave a public Google review.

Business owners get a private dashboard to read feedback, follow up with customers, change their page and download a printable QR poster.

Why we built it

Most unhappy customers never tell the business what went wrong. They just don't come back. RateZa gives every business the chance to hear it and fix it, while making it easy for happy customers to share their experience on Google.
