How ADHISH VIKAS VS ("we") handles information on RateZa.

Business owners

When you buy a page we collect your email address, your page settings (such as business name, logo and Google review link) and payment references from Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay processes payments.

Customers who rate a business

When someone rates a business, we store the star rating, the time, and whether they used a phone or computer. If they send private feedback, we also store the name, message and (if they choose to share it) phone number they enter. This information is shown only to the business owner through their private dashboard. We store a scrambled version of the visitor's IP address to prevent spam; we cannot read the original address from it.

How we use information

• To run the service, show feedback to the business and prevent abuse
• To email business owners their dashboard link and important service updates

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host the service and store data, Razorpay to take payments and an email provider to send dashboard links.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep data while the page is active. A business owner can ask us to delete their page and its feedback, and anyone who left feedback can ask us to delete it, by emailing support@rateza.net.
