Refunds

If you are not happy with RateZa, email support@rateza.net within 7 days of payment from the email address you paid with, and we will refund you in full. Your page will be switched off when the refund is issued.

We also refund you if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or your page could not be published because of a problem on our side.

How long it takes

We start approved refunds within 3 working days. Razorpay and your bank usually take a further 5 to 7 working days to return the money to your original payment method.

Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You can ask us to switch off and delete your page at any time.
